Pandemonium Gardens is a boutique micro-garden in Valparaiso, Indiana.
Here we grow hard-to-find heirloom tomatoes, a delicious variety of hot and sweet peppers, exceptionally fragrant herbs, seasonal fruits, and delightful cut flowers all intentionally grown and chef curated to bring wild abundance and extraordinary flavor to your table.

Our Garden Bounty
We keep our crop list intentionally focused so every variety we grow produces exceptional flavor. Culinary Director and Cofounder Peter Kolavo curates our Seasonal Wild Kits around what's ripe, and Chief Grower and CoFounder Samantha Edwards ensures the garden also produces small-batch preserves and heirloom seedlings you won't find at the garden center.
