Our Produce
Our peppers are some of the most geographically diverse, culinarily complex, and visually stunning crops in the garden. We grow across the full spectrum, from intensely sweet peppers to some of the most notorious superhots in the world.
We grow a deliberately curated collection of heirloom tomatoes chosen for depth of flavor, distinctive character, and visual beauty, sourced from seeds selected and bred by master gardeners, homesteaders, and small farmers across generations.
Our onion and garlic collection covers the full range of what a serious kitchen needs, from flattened Italian heirloom reds and glossy pickling minis to perennial bunching onions, reliable storage varieties, and hardneck garlic chosen for its depth and keeping quality.
Our herbs are the thread that runs through everything we grow, cook, and offer. From classic kitchen herbs; sage, thyme, and oregano to varieties that bring something new to the kitchen or the cocktail glass, our herb collection is one of the most considered parts of the garden.
