We keep our crop list intentionally focused so every variety we grow produces exceptional flavor.

Co-Founder and Culinary Director Peter Kolavo curates our Seasonal Wild Kits around what's ripe, and Co-Founder and Chief Grower Samantha Edwards ensures the garden also produces small-batch preserves and heirloom seedlings you won't find at the garden center.

We built the 2026 calendar around the garden. Wild Kits are delivered on set days, four Fridays and four Sundays between now and late September, packed the morning they go out.
