The 2026 Wild Kit Delivery Schedule
We built the calendar around the garden. Wild Kits are delivered on set days, four Fridays and four Sundays between now and late September, packed the morning they go out.
A Wild Kit Gets Built Around What Is Ripe
The contents of your box are decided a day or two before the route goes out, when we walk the rows and see which tomatoes have colored up and which peppers reached full heat in that week's sun. A Stupice at its peak on Thursday deserves to be eaten close to Thursday; ripeness of that kind cannot be held in a warehouse, so we shaped the calendar around the harvest and ask you to order by the Wednesday before your date.
One Vehicle Makes the Whole Route
Your box is never handed to a courier. Our produce delivery route across Chicago and DuPage covers a hundred and fifty miles on alternating Sundays, from the South Loop up through the West Loop and out to Glen Ellyn. The run sets out once five orders are in.
The Honest Output of a Micro Garden
We grow in Valparaiso, and we would rather send fewer boxes of real depth than stretch the harvest thin. The two-kit limit exists so that August's tomatoes reach more households at their best, and it is why a kit sells out and stays sold out until the beds offer more.
Doorstep delivery dates are open now: Fridays across Northwest Indiana on August 7 and 21 and September 4 and 18, Sundays to Chicago and DuPage on August 16 and 30 and September 13 and 27, with free pickup at our stand at the Valparaiso Market. Order by the Wednesday before your date and your box makes the run.
