OUR SEASONAL WILD KITS

Our Seasonal Wild Kits begin in the garden, picked at peak and walked straight from the bed to the box. Each kit pairs that produce with a handful of considered, locally sourced ingredients. Peter, our Culinary Director, curates the recipe, so what arrives at your door is ready to cook and savor.

The full summer spread.

The one that started it all. Our first and admittedly favorite of The Seasonal Wild Kit family featuring a mouthwatering array of rare and classic heirloom tomatoes and peppers, accented with herbs cut fresh from the garden and our first season onions and garlic.
Each kit is chef curated, with a recipe card included, and seasonal add-on ingredients that are locally sourced and complementary to the kit.

The Garden Brunch was born from the philosophy our founders share: breakfast done right can be the most delicious meal of the day, and you don't need many ingredients to make it something you savor.

We've partnered with a local farm here in Northwest Indiana to provide fresh, pasture-raised eggs for our Garden Brunch Wild Kit. Featuring our sourdough, fresh herbs cut from the herb beds, Maldon Sea Salt and garden chamomile for the necessary pot of tea, it's everything you need for a frittata that feeds four or a slow scramble on toast for two.

The heat of the season, made to keep.

The last kit of summer is the one that keeps going after summer ends. We grow more hot peppers than any reasonable garden should, and late in the season the beds turn feverish with them. This is where they go. Picked at full color and boxed with onions, spring onions and garlic from our first harvest, they arrive with a recipe from Peter that puts every one of them to work, whatever your heat tolerance.

Questions you may have

  • Seasonal Wild Kits are chef-curated boxes from Pandemonium Gardens, a boutique micro-garden in Valparaiso, Indiana. Each kit is built around what our beds are producing at their peak, combining heirloom produce, fresh-cut herbs, and locally sourced add-ons with a recipe card, boxed and delivered across Northwest Indiana.

  • The 2026 family includes The Heirloom Stack, a full summer spread of heirloom tomatoes and peppers; The Garden Brunch, built around pasture-raised eggs, sourdough, and garden herbs; and The Pepper Sizzler, a late summer kit for the hottest peppers we grow. Each arrives in its own seasonal window as the harvest comes in.

  • We deliver to Valparaiso, Hobart, Chesterton, La Porte, and Michiana Shores on scheduled Fridays, and to Chicago and DuPage County on scheduled Sundays. Orders can also be picked up at our stand at the Valparaiso Market.

  • Deliveries run through the season on scheduled dates, with each kit arriving in its harvest window. Order by the Wednesday before your delivery date.

  • We run morning routes so your kit spends as little time outside as possible. If you can't be there, tell us where to leave it and bring it in when you get home. Cut herbs and tomatoes hold best out of direct sun.

  • Each Wild Kit is $48, with a limit of two per order. Delivery is added at checkout: $10 across our Northwest Indiana route and $20 for Chicago and DuPage. Pickup at our Valparaiso Market stand is free.

  • Nearly everything is grown in our own beds in Valparaiso: the heirloom tomatoes, peppers, herbs, alliums, and chamomile. A few add-ons come from partners we've chosen, like pasture-raised eggs from a local Northwest Indiana farm and finishing ingredients such as flaked sea salt
